Processing Information
Maps were originally received in three ring binders of various sizes. This was the original format for storing maps while utilized by first responders. After maps were received they were removed from their binders. Maps that were not 8.5" x 14" (legal size) were re copied to that standard size. All maps were then placed in appropriate folders. Since each set of maps contained a large number of pages, sets of maps were divided among numerous folders and labeled as such based on the original order of the map pages.
