Biographical / Historical
The Minnick Family Quartet of Edinburg Virginia was a Christian singing group active from 1971 through 1975. The group members included Grace Barrick Minnick, her husband Melvin "Pete" Minnick, and their sons Kevin and Terry Minnick. The group formed after their pastor, Rev. Jimmy Robinson, of Wakeman's Grove Church of the Brethren, invited them to sing at the Bridgewater Home for the Aged on August 8, 1971.

Abstract
The collection includes two vinyl records from circa 1971 with music by the Minnick Family Quartet of Edinburg. The albums are "When I Looked Up and He Looked Down" and "We Shall Rise," both produced by Major Recording Studios in Waynesboro Virginia.
